Fishing Report 7-24-23

The fishing was tougher on Winnie the first half of this last week. The weather was not cooperating with us to well. But by the end of the week the weather stabilized, and that fishing picked back up.  Pike have been aggressive and plentiful. The walleye action has been good. They have been scattered along the mid lake humps, up along the shoreline breaks and hiding in the shoreline weeds. spinner tipped with a fat head was doing well. Slip bobbers with a leech also produced well. Cast your spinner baits along the reeds for your bass action. We are just seeing the jumbo perch starting.

If you want to get in on the action, give us a call. We would like to help you set up your trip. If you have not fished the lake or you just want to come learn more of the lake and the techniques, let us help get you set up with one of our top-of-the-line fishing guides. We offer 6 hr. trips and even new twilight trips (4:30-9:30 pm) where the bite has been at its prime.

We want to thank everyone who is following the new website! Stay posted as this is a work in progress and there will be more to come.
